Infinix is committed to creating cutting-edge smartphones that inspire principles of bright fashion and brand spirit. The Infinix Note 7 has been doing well in the market, and things will only get better from here. There are a few concerns about performance and hardware, but everything appears to be in line.
The Android Q UI is used on the new Infinix Hot 10. The Infinix Hot 10 is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G70 processor, an Octa-core Cortex integration and 4/6GB RAM, and 64/128GB ROM storage.
The Infinix Hot 10, which costs 429 TND, has an IPS LCD and a quad-camera configuration on the back.
Infinix Hot 10: Price in Tunisia
This gadget is for individuals who want a capable smartphone that doesn’t break the budget, and it’s officially priced at 429 TND.
Infinix Hot 10: Design & Build
The Infinix Hot 10 is a budget smartphone, so it’s no surprise that it’s made of low-cost materials. When you hold it or place it on a table, the back panel is composed of plastic, and it feels and sounds like plastic.
The back panel has the same slick plastic paint job as other entry-level smartphones, with a glitters-like look. Most people will remember the reference, but others will appreciate the top and bottom arrow-like reflections that point to opposing sides.
It is available in Obsidian Black, Moonlight Jade, Ocean Wave, and Amber Red.
The camera glass is flush against the back panel on the plus side, with little to no camera bump. It’s also thin, with rounded sides for easy handling. The Hot 10, on the other hand, is unsurprisingly large, with a 6.78-inch screen. For most individuals, using it with one hand is nearly impossible.
The bezels on the front aren’t the tiniest, but opting for a punch-hole for the selfie camera rather than a notch resulted in a higher screen-to-body ratio. The earpiece and the LED notification indication are housed in a tiny opening on the top, which is currently a rare feature on smartphones.
There are two nano-SIM card slots and a microSD card slot on the left, while the physical volume controls and lock/power button are on the right. The buttons are plastic-y and jiggle a little when pressed but surprisingly tactile.
There’s a headphone jack on the bottom, the device’s only microphone and speakers, and, unfortunately, a micro USB port rather than a Type-C port.
Overall, we like the Infinix Hot 10’Is design, but it doesn’t blow us away. It appears to be in good condition and feels solid enough; no unusual flexing could indicate future issues.
Infinix Hot 10: Display
The screen on the Infinix Hot 10 is a whopping 6.78 inches. It’s perfect for multitasking and watching videos. However, an HD+ 1640 x 720 resolution feels inadequate for a panel of this size. However, we doubt that the average person will detect much difference in sharpness.
Aside from that, there’s not much to say about the display. Colors and contrast are good on the IPS panel. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done. It even has an Inadvertently Mode that, according to the manufacturer, inhibits accidental activity caused by fabric when tucked into your pocket.
Infinix Hot 10: Hardware & Performance
The MediaTek Helio G70 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, and Mali-G52 GPU power the Infinix Hot 10.
As the name implies, it’s a gaming processor, so it’s no surprise that it did well in Call of Duty Mobile and League of Legends Wild Rift on medium settings.
For an entry-level smartphone, basic and daily tasks performance was relatively smooth. Everything runs smoothly on this device: social media surfing, multitasking, music, and video playback.
Infinix Hot 10: Software & UI
The Infinix Hot 10 uses the XOS7 interface based on Android 10. We were immediately taken aback by how crowded it is and how different it looks from vanilla Android. However, if you’re a “trendy” user who prefers to see more on your phone screen, this should appeal to you.
App icons are located between the control center and the notifications tab for quick access. Swiping up from the home screen instantly opens the app drawer, which includes a carousel of “Instant Apps” that allows you to play games in the browser without downloading them.
There are a couple of pre-installed games available for those who want to get up and running right away after setting up the device. However, if you don’t want them to take up space on your smartphone, you can quickly uninstall them.
Another pre-installed software is a phone cleaner, which allows you to delete applications operating in the background, giving you the impression that your phone is getting a boost.
Like most budget phones, a Game Mode function improves the gaming experience and even has a Game Anti-Addiction tool with parental control.
Social Turbo is also here, ostensibly to improve WhatsApp users’ experience. It can save voice recordings, enable video chat beauty mode, and more.
Infinix Hot 10: Verdict
The Infinix Hot 10 provides excellent value for money. It boasts a quick and dependable performance that you can appreciate thanks to its massive display and long battery life. The camera quality is likewise acceptable, and if you’re on a tight budget, you won’t have to worry about paying extra for headphones.
